Requirements:
- Only page 9 must be certified by a Notary Public or Bank (Sign where it says "Signature, clarification, DNI principal account holder").
- Page 10 (complete the bank account details).
- Pages 12 and 15 (must be completed and signed by the president, vice president, managing directors, and proxy, if applicable).
- Page 17 (must include the details of the individuals holding at least 20% or more of the Share Capital. Each shareholder must complete and sign this page).
- Page 18 (sign if not a qualified investor).
- Pages 19 and 20 (mark HIGH risk to operate stocks, funds, grain futures, and currency).
- Page 22 (complete, if applicable, by the president, vice president, managing directors, and proxy, if applicable).
- Page 26 (complete with the details of the people authorized to give orders for operations).
- If the Agreement is signed by a proxy, attach a certified copy of the power of attorney issued by a Notary Public and a simple copy of the DNI (proxy). The proxy must also complete and sign pages 12 and 15 of the Account Opening Agreement. It is important to note that the power of attorney must be broad, granting administrative and disposal powers.
